Garlic: Jim Meissner is finding microplasm in the blood (possibly from aerosols?) that is eating up red blood cells. Anyone with fatigue? Colloidal Silver helps to destroy this, but so does garlic. His friend, Carol Monroe, accidentally dropped 6 cloves of raw garlic into her juicer for her veggie drink, and experienced severe Herkimer reaction (severe die off of pathogens causing flu-like symptoms). However, the next day, she was full of energy. Jim used 2 cloves and also had reaction, but was better than ever the next day. Reactions are thought to mean that you are either toxic or dealing with some bug. “For the average person, castor oil can have amazing uses in home health. There are several cautions that must be discussed prior to the homeopathic uses of castor oil. First, pregnant and breast feeding women should never take castor oil. It can negatively affect pregnancy cycles and may give the breastfed infant severe diarrhea. Secondly, use internally with serious caution, especially for small children. Overdoses of castor oil can cause severe diarrhea and death. As a matter of fact, large overdoses of castor oil were used in Italy by Mussolini to torture political prisoners of the time. Therefore, it is important to monitor internal dosages and always consult a physician when giving to children or petite adults and the elderly. Furthermore, please remember that the following are suggestions stemming from traditional castor oil uses and do not substitute for doctor s advice.
Oral Treatments
Probably the most popular of castor oil uses is as a laxative. Many people who grew up with folk remedy grandparents may remember having to take castor oil as a child and recall that it tastes absolutely horrid. However, a teaspoon of castor oil will almost always help constipation. It can be mixed with orange juice, prune juice, or ginger to take away from the bitter taste without affecting the laxative qualities. Castor oil also helps the intestinal system with inflammatory bowels and dysentery. It is said to increase the appetites of the ill and destroy mucous to cure runny noses and congestion.
Topical Treatments
Many people do not know of castor oil as a topical ointment, but it has been medically used to treat multiple conditions. First, wrapping an infection with a castor oil soaked bandage or cotton ball overnight can remove swelling and infection. It also works excellently on ringworm, inflammation, and even sun burns. This is because ricinoleic acid in castor oil prevents the growth of bacteria, yeast, and viruses. The best way to use this as a topical cream is to presoak the infected area with Epsom salt to soften the skin. Then wrap the area with a cotton cloth soaked in castor oil.
Ringworm and guinea worm are a stubborn, although uncommon, malady. Castor leaves can be soaked with pure coconut oil. You can then warm this poultice to a temperature that will not burn the skin and apply over the area. This will extract the worms out of the skin.
Castor seeds or roots boiled into a topical poultice are applied liberally to rheumatic and arthritic swellings.
The benefits of castor oil also include lactation, but please consult a doctor first. Rubbing castor oil onto the nipples and gently massaging for fifteen minutes will stimulate the mammary glands and help a breastfeeding mother lactate. Wash the area with mild soap and water before letting the infant breastfeed.
As a topical treatment, castor oil is also widely used for skin health and beauty. Massaging the body with castor oil prior to a bath once a week will help the skin retain its natural healing properties as well as stimulate the body s muscles and internal organs. Rubbing castor oil on hands and feet at night will help maintain healthy and soft skin, as well as reduce callous and dry skin. Most lotions include castor oil and other ingredients, such as coconut oil and aloe. This benefits of castor oil for skin beauty is something many people are already doing but not aware that they are actually using castor oil!
Castor Oil Packs
Castor oil packs soaked through the skin improve the body’s ability to assimilate nutrients, eliminate toxins, and stimulate circulation. To make castor oil packs, one needs undyed cotton flannel, castor oil, a container, a plastic bag, and a hot water bottle or heating pad. All of these items can be purchased from any medical supply store without a prescription, but it is also important to consult a physician before using this remedy. Also, castor oil stains clothes, so be sure to use old clothes and an old blanket before using castor oil cold packs.
The benefits of castor oil packs are easy to reap. Basically, one places the flannel in a container and soaks it with castor oil. Ring the flannel out so that it does not drip everywhere and stain carpets. The castor oil soaked flannel piece is placed over the specific body area. Cover the castor oil pack with the plastic, and then place the hot water bottle or heating pad over the pack. Leave this on for about an hour, and rest quietly during this time. Once the hour has passed, remove the castor oil pack and rinse off the area with a castor oil wash or baking soda and water. The castor oil uses can be repeated many times, so the pack is not thrown away. This method can be used three times a week or once daily without complications.
Industrially, it is one of the widest used renewable resources. Primarily, its health properties stimulate the body, reduce pain, and reduce infection. The benefits of castor oil are related to inflammation, digestion, and circulation. While there are many health benefits of castor oil, there is also a caution that when not properly used it can cause medical problems and in rare cases even death.”

What are the Benefits of Oil of Oregano?

Sinus Congestion
Oil of Oregano has long been regarded as a natural remedy for sinus or lung congestion. Simply mix 2 or 3 drops of oil with juice, and drink this daily. Improvements are normally noticed within 3-5 days.
Colds and Sore Throats
Oil of Oregano is an excellent early defense mechanism when you feel a cold or sore throat coming on. Simply take 3 drops of Oregano Oil once per day (you can mix it into a glass of orange juice) and you should notice results within a few hours. Repeat this once per day for up to 5 days until the symptoms are gone.
What are the Side Effects of Oil of Oregano?
While Oil of Oregano has many benefits, there are a few possible side effects:
- Oregano oil may reduce the body’s ability to absorb iron. Therefore, it is recommended that any regular use be combined with regular consumption of iron supplements. For this reason, pregnant women are advised not to take Oil of Oregano regularly.
- People that have allergies to thyme, basil, mint, or sage may be sensitive to Oil of Oregano as well, since they are in the same family of plants. If any skin irritation, rashes, or vomiting occurs when using it, it is recommended that you discontinue use and consult your doctor.

However, the use of Chlorella for healing effects has received criticism.

SEAWEED: Red Cameron brought two kinds of dried seaweed (Wakame and Wild Laver) that are cheap, rich in nutrients. Seaweed was recommended by her own spiritual guidance as important to stockpile for any food shortage situation. It is very concentrated, so it goes a long way. While she gets hers from the Asian Market in Charlottesville, many health food stores, and supermarkets like Whole Foods carry these or other brands. CHICKEN SOUP
Great health benefits to make your make your own chicken soup with bones and all. After Roxanne makes soup with bones, she extracts stock for herself, and then grinds bones with some stock, skin, and giblets in blender. Get blender moving and drop one bone in at a time. Then strain out left over bone chips and put in compost, or dig in soil for plants. Every part of the chicken is used. With turkeys, some bones are too big for the common kitchen blender, but anything the same size as chicken bones can be pulverized.

Glenn Mingo also recommended John Moore, the author of Global Warming, What The Government Isn’t Telling You! There are 12 videos, all about 9+ minutes in length. Very interesting, especially the maps of what the US is expected to look at by naval sources (see videos 3 & 4 for this). The maps are similar to, but different from Michael Scallion’s. I have looked at it all, and recommend them.
Here are the basics in the videos:
The earth is expected by military sources (not just psychics, new age groups that we might know) to undergo life threatening massive and global earth changes starting anytime next year. Governments worldwide including our own are at great effort and huge expense creating seed banks and building underground bunkers for millions of their own people. The CIA has relocated headquarters to Denver, CO, as has the EPA. The navy has already told many of their officers that the Missouri Ozarks in south western Missouri are considered a safe place, however, part of even that area will be islands even though the land is from 800-1100 feet above sea level. Any land 100 feet and under will be gone. Any land 400 feet and under will either be destroyed or damaged. Only land above 800 will be relatively safe baring the earthquake reactions expected to a pole shift. This includes all of Florida, most of Louisiana except the north western corner, most of Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, S. Carolina, the right half of N. Carolina and Virginia up to the Blue Ridge Mountains, most of Maine and Massachusetts, the souther/eastern part of NH, NJ (all but the northwestern corner), all of DE, Connecticut, most of Illinois, all of Wisconsin, the eastern shore of Texas, much of the state of Washington, both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts up to 100 miles inland. The Madrid Fault will erupt as result of pole shift, and cause the Great Lakes to dump into the Mississippi, making it 50 miles wide (that will destroy all cross American traffic), and then into the Gulf of Mexico.
The I-35, Canada to Mexico highway built through the Mid-West, is to move supplies. (However, he says, that Russia and China are stockpiling arms in Canada and Mexico to invade the US and confiscate American Mid-Western farms, to make up for farmlands lost in China. Russia already has subs off America on both coasts.)
The cause of all this inundation will be a pole shift caused by the sun, which is in turn being heavily affected by a 10th planet. This, and not man, is what is really causing global warming. The pole shift will cause a huge slosh of water that bulges at the equator because of the earth’s rotation and gravitational spin. That higher water representing “sea level” is about 400 feet higher (approximately the height of an 8 story building) at that point than it is in Cornwall, England. As the spin slows down and poles move, this excess water will move rapidly away from the equator and inundate much of the world, a process happening within 30 days of starting.
The Gulf Stream that keeps the northern Atlantic countries (Ireland, British Isles, which are on the same latitude as Moscow) a lot warmer than they otherwise would be, is slowing and cooling down. It is predicted to cause sudden climatic changes with devastation of the infrastructure of those areas because, for example, pipes would suddenly be above, not below the frost line and would burst. Translation: come winter, no water.
In any long term emergency, any government services available will be by county, not state. The Federal government will go only as far as the fence. So focus on the local level, and what you can do.
Safe areas have to do with elevation (over 800″, moderate winter, distance from large metropolitan areas and the people fleeing from them, good water, good growing season. Find at least 6 adults to band together in community, and acquire a 2 year supply of food.
The site has a lot on preparedness. Essential: strong, spiritual beliefs. Specific preparedness skills: farming/gardening, pari-medic skills, ham radio, backpacking survival, soldier, animal husbandry, handyman (carpentry, electrician, plumber, mechanic). If it’s going to get done, figure on having to do it yourself. Hence, gather with others to assemble needed skills.

Rising ocean levels, rising ocean temperatures (perhaps from sub-oceanic volcanoes). Life scrubbing rains to even desert regions.
Bankruptcy of many lower, middle tier companies.
Mortality of US dollar as world currency. Severe repercussions on lower and middle classes and panic as result. Dumping of all US and British debt by other nations.
Loss of control by the Powers That Be of the media, at least in regard to financial situation.
Bizarre behavior in financial markets.
Price of silver to go up briefly to $800/oz, oil to $500+/barrel, while food prices also soar. Hyperinflation in oil, coal, electricity.
Disappearance and murder/agression against politicians by angry public.
Chaos in mix akin to Russian, American, French Revolution combined with economic collapse and alien war.
Global movement towards self-organizing collectives that are resisted by the Powers That Be, and clerics because they have flavor of the feminine, non-formal, decentralized, loosely organized (and therefore, controllable–my guess). Some will be very financially successful as new electrics inventions will result.
Loss of paper/electronic debt based financial system to system based on calories.
Attention back to local gardens.
Tremendous inventions by private individuals (garages/basement variety) that are motivated mostly by ego and helping the earth. Some will be harassed, but it is unstoppable wave, especially in new electrics (free energy?)
Destruction of health care industry and transportation industry, and globalist corporate heirarchy. Severe restriction of energy supplies.
Collapse of education system starting with college level. Tens of millions of college students relocate back home.
Spectacular collapse of some service industries.
Brink of grand internation crises that causes Obama to travel around the world after 11/5/09.
Very ugly, severe times from this 11/09 through 2011, but worst from 11/09 to 11/10. Violence, mobs, rioting, sacking of churches for money.
HOWEVER, OMNIHUMANITY RENAISSANCE amidst chaos starting to show up in the media this fall, starting slowly but continuing for about 82 years. 2009 being the year of transformation.
New paradigm shift.
Strip mining abandoned strip malls and homes will become new business and last for generations.
Massive changes in farming.
New wave of whistleblowers.
Destruction of mainstream academia controlled educational system.

MY REACTION: What kind of world do YOU envision? Focus on that intently now, DAILY, join with others in group intention since there is tremendous power in that, and DO SOMETHING!
First comes Denial, then comes the wave of emotions of fear and anger and sadness as you become aware, then comes acceptance of what is, then redirection into positive, proactive response while staying firmly anchored in knowing the truth, that you are a powerful, spiritual being always connected to the Source.
