Virginia just started a rebate program on Energy Star appliances – 20% rebate and Solar water heat and solar cells, $1,000/KW panel and $2,000/KW panel respectively. This adds to the 30% tax credit Federal program to cut the solar cell panel price in half or more and the solar water fully paid for in some cases. The program in other states are used up in short order like 1 week in cases so the work should go out soon.

The program also includes a 20% rebate for ENERGY STAR appliances like refrigerators, water heater, clothes washer and dish washers, and $250 for an energy audit. www.dmme.virginia.gov
The program also includes Solar cell panels at $2,000 / KW, plus you get 30% tax credit from the Federal program. I just priced a set of solar panels and the original cost was $30,000 with rebates it will cost me $10,000.
This is a huge benefit and yes, it may be gone the end of this week, but keep trying until they say it runs out.

7.2 Hits Baja; Rattles LA to Phoenix – Watch Cascadia and Puerto Rico

Angeles to Phoenix, I would suggest the heightened potential for danger lies

the most dangerous areas in the world regarding natural disasters within the next
two weeks or perhaps the next two years, is the Cascadia Subduction Zone and
the Puerto Rico Trench. Mayan prophecy has predicted such, and current
geo-science trends suggest such.
The Cascadia Subduction Zone which runs from Northern California – through Oregon, Washington
and up the Canadian coast to Alaska. (see graph below). The second area of
greatest danger which was stated just a few months ago by Mayan elders is lower
Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean.

Although it is not specifically mentioned by the elders,recent geo-scientific trends indicate
the Puerto Rico area which most people would include as part of the eastern
Caribbean, is the most likely place for a large or mega quake to occur. It is
an area known as the Puerto Rico Trench. It is also called the Puerto Rico
Subduction Zone. It will not be the quake which is the killer; it will be the
tsunami which follows.

Modern Science Confirms Ancient Prophecy:
A dozen major earthquakes of magnitude 7.0 or greater have occurred in the Caribbean near
Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the island of Hispaniola, shared by
Haiti and the Dominican Republic, in the past 500 years, and several have
generated tsunamis. The most recent major earthquake, a magnitude 8.1 in 1946,
resulted in a tsunami that killed a reported 1,600 people.
With nearly twenty million people now living in this tourist region and a major earthquake
occurring on average every 50 years, scientists say it is not a question of if
it will happen but when. They are calling for the establishment of tsunami
early warning systems in the Caribbean Sea, Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean,
and better public education about the real tsunami threats in these regions.
The Puerto Rico Trench, which is capable of producing mega-quakes of magnitude 8 or
greater, faces north and east into the Atlantic Ocean. There are few land areas
or islands to block a tsunami generated near the Puerto Rico Trench from
entering the Atlantic Ocean. The United States East Coast has a high risk of
suffering a direct hit from a tsunami ‘surge’ or 10 story foot waves.

Sec. 2521, Pg. 1000 – The government will establish a National Medical Device Registry. What does a National Medical Device Registry mean?
National Medical Device Registry from H.R. 3200 [Healthcare Bill], pages 1001-1008:
(g)(1) The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that— ‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; ‘‘(B)and is— ‘‘(i) a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.”
Then on page 1004 it describes what the term “data” means in paragraph 1,
section B:
‘‘(B) In this paragraph, the term ‘data’ refers to information respecting a device described in paragraph (1), including claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary”
What exactly is a class II device that is implantable? Approved by the FDA, a class II implantable device is an “implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information.” The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as “claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary.”

This new law – when fully implemented – provides the framework for making the United States the first nation in the world to require each and every one of its citizens to have implanted in them a radio-frequency identification (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling who is, or isn’t, allowed medical care in their country.

Why would the government use the word “surveillance” when referring to citizens? The definition of “surveillance” is the monitoring of the behavior, activities, or other changing information, usually of people and often in a secret manner. The root of the word [French] means to “watch over.”
In theory, the intent to streamline healthcare and to eliminate fraud via “health chips” seems right. But, to have the world’s lone superpower (America, for now) mandate (page 1006) a device to be IMPLANTED is scary!
